Orders and Sales

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• Lexibook reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.

Delivery & Risk Delivery takes effect when the carrier collects the products. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Intellectual Property All content, logos, images, and product designs on the site are the property of Lexibook or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability Lexibook is not liable for indirect damages or in cases of force majeure. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the competent French courts.
