• How long it will take my order to arrive ?

Once payment for your order has been validated, your items are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. This preparation time is between 24h and 48h (working days only). To this preparation time must be added shipping time, which varies according to destination. Your delivery date range is indicated when you place your order.

• What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard delivery without express or expedited shipping options. Deliveries are made by GLS, Monday to Friday during the day.

• What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates vary depending on the delivery destination: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: Free shipping on orders over €30; otherwise, a €4 fee applies. Spain, United Kingdom, Portugal, Ireland: €8 shipping fee for orders over €30; otherwise, €15. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.

• What is the warranty period for your products?

Unless otherwise stated in the product instructions, the legal guarantee of conformity for our products is 2 years for all products except batteries. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase of the product by the consumer.

• In which cases does the warranty not apply?

The contractual guarantee does not cover the repair of Lexibook products if the returned products have any of the following characteristics:

- Serial number, batch number, IMEI number of the product, masked or removed,

- Absence or falsification of the proof of purchase, - Modification or dismantling of the product by persons not qualified or not approved by Lexibook,

- Product blocked due to forgotten password (tablet or phone in particular), - Broken screen or display,

- Damage caused by impact and/or dropping of the product,

- Defects or failures due to misuse, negligence or accidental causes,

- Damage caused by improper handling, transport or storage, lack of maintenance and/or cleaning, connection or use of non-compatible extensions or accessories, incorrect connection, overvoltage, the effects of lightning, oxidation, leaking batteries, water or any other liquid or solvent, exposure to a source of heat, sand, earth, mould, food, insects, etc. and, more generally, any external source.

Any device for which the guarantee is excluded will be returned to the consumer.

• What is your return and exchange policy?

Lexibook undertakes to refund or exchange the product if the request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Can I return or exchange an item without a receipt?

For the right of withdrawal or the guarantee to apply, we must be able to trace your order. The invoice is part of this, but is not obligatory; an order number may suffice.
