Lexibook Return & Refund Policy

At Lexibook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

• Withdrawal Period: You may request a refund within 14 working days from the date you receive your order (delivery date).
  
  
• Conditions for Return:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, instructions, and in perfect, unused condition.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note.
  • You must include a note with your order number.
    
    
• Return Process:
  • Contact our customer service first at savcomfr@lexibook.com before returning any item.
  • Ship the product to: Lexibook SAV 6 avenue des Andes, Bâtiment 11 91940 Les Ulis, France
  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
    
    
• Refund:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund (original payment method) as soon as possible, provided the item meets the above conditions.
  • No refund will be issued if the product is damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.
  • Lexibook reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Note: This right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases made on www.lexibook.com. It does not apply to products that have been personalized or opened software/sealed items where hygiene or security reasons prevent return (where legally applicable). Warranty claims for defective products are handled separately (usually 2-year legal warranty in the EU).
