We aim to process your order quickly and deliver it safely.

• Order Preparation: We make every effort to prepare and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of payment (subject to stock availability).
• Delivery Times (approximate, for mainland France): – Additional 48 to 72 hours after dispatch, depending on the delivery address. – Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) by carrier.
• International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary by destination. You will see the applicable shipping options and costs at checkout.
• Partial Deliveries: If one item is out of stock, we may send a partial delivery unless you instruct otherwise.
• Free Shipping: Offers such as free shipping over a certain amount (e.g., $30 in some regions) may apply—check at checkout.
• Tracking: A tracking number is usually provided once the order is dispatched.

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier hands over the package at the address you provided. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage immediately to customer service.
